2-ton Beebe hand-crank winch. 2-speed, adjustable handle length. Fully functional. Turns easily and is well oiled and greased. No issues at all; just a bit dusty. Cable is still flexible. Doesn't seem to have been used much. This would make a great gin-pole winch. Available for pickup or I can ship it at buyers expense. I'd guess it weighs about 75#.
