Sets are in used condition and have been given an initial cleaning. You can clean and sort further for resale (the Victorian house alone sells for 300, and many sites have just the parts for sale) or just enjoy it as a family. Selling as a lot because sets were stored together and, though we have attempted to separate by set, there are far too many accessories to guarantee that we got them all in the right group. Please message with questions and look at pics closely as there are no returns. This is a rare find with the number of accessories included! Create the entire scene, not just a building!
