I am selling my Microfiber red couch, love seat and chaise. (NO OTTOMAN) Can be used together as a sectional or with each piece individually. They are extremely comfortable and easy to maintain / clean. All cushions come out and can be cleaned as well. I have owned it for three years, but its only been used for about 2 years. (1 year was all climate controlled storage due to a deployment to Afghanistan.) The fabric is treated with stain proofing, and we clean it frequently anyway just to keep it beautiful. Comes with the fabric cleaning kit and several matching throw pillows (not shown). We are asking $1000 or you can make a real offer. The set was purchased in South Carolina and cost me $3124.65 brand new. It's not cheaply made, and is very strong, and sturdy. Has heavy wood frame and spring system. In other words, it's NOT FRED MEYER or WALMART FURNITURE, and not cheap pressed wood and glue. For more pictures please ask!!!
