It is used and a bit beat up due to dropping it. It is about a year old and works perfectly. I have no use for it so I figured try selling it. Retail W/o a 2yr contract with AT&T it is a $550 phone. It will come with a car charger, the wall charger does not work thanks to my kitten haha
