It works good, just replaced it with a natural gas unit. I want $ 350.00 for everything. I'll install it for $450.00 and if you need a fuel tank installed $650.00 turn key I walk away you start heating your house, Great unit for a back up or use for primary heat. Don't be cold this winter get this unit and stay toasty it will go fast so don't wait to long.
