20,000 BTU Direct Vent Heater I bought this to put in my tiny house but then decided to put in the 11,000 BTU version instead. It is brand new and has never been installed. It has been stored in my garage since last summer. The only thing it is missing is 1 of the wall plates (see picture) because I used it to install my new heater to help cover the large hole I had cut in my wall. It was super easy to install. I can transport it to Fairbanks if someone is interested. 907-378-7692
