8' x 20' Tiny Home on Double Axle Trailer. MOTIVATED SELLER 8X20 tiny home on double axle trailer. This tiny home is 3/4complete. Framed in with 2x4's so it's sturdy drywalled and insulated well flooring needs finished. It has an 8 foot tall loft on the back half. Loft has nice hardwood floors so the ceiling in the back half of the tiny home is also the same hardwood. The loft has been taken down for moving purposes but can be erected to it's prior state with ease if you're a handy man/woman tires need air and 1 may need replaced but I have a couple extra tires on rims that will be included if needed. Benches have just been made to go over the wheel wells. It's a great project that won't consume too much of your time and a profit can definitely be made as the double axle trailer alone is well worth $2,000 and a structure of this size $3,000 or more. I'm not a handy girl I keep a pink tool set around the house and my extent of use with them is picture hanging etc.
