This porch swing is in excellent condition. It has it's own stand, so hanging is NOT needed. Stripped seat and back cushion have been kept indoors and are clean and free of pet hair, odors etc. Comes with matching awning that can be lifted or removed for more sunshine, as well as for storage in winter. (Tarp cover shown in picture no longer available, but can be purchased from other sources).
