This is a previously used Tri-Tronics Sport Combo G3 dog training collar. It was gently used by the World’s Greatest Dog, who is unfortunately no longer with us. It was sparingly used to satisfy leash laws and was not really used as a shock collar (He was a golden retriever, they are too nice to need that)．
