This is an overhauled Lycoming O235L2 bare engine case. It has a mid 1990's yellow tag from Engine Components Inc (ECI) from Texas. It has been shrink wrapped and foam packed in a special box since overhaul. New cases cost about $11,000, so the price is firm. This case DOES have an engine dataplate tag, no logbooks.
