I bought this boat a couple years ago to restore/mod and use as a halibut boat. But time has not allowed and it is time to go. Hull exterior is in good shape, all the bright work is there and in great shape. The interior is in good shape. The seats have a couple holes and are a little sunburnt in the rear. The engine is a Volvo 170hp 6 cylinder and starts right up and runs strong with 1159 hours on meter. We had it in the water twice and it runs nice and does not leak. It cruises along like a 74 Lincoln. The steering and throttle cables work well. The bilge blower works and the bilge pump is new. It has a small cover for rear that is in ok condition. The trailer is good with a new jack, tires are old but hold air perfectly and it has LED tail lights with a 7-pin RV style plug. (not sold separately) The bad: All of the wood in the boat needs replaced. The transom has soft spots on the interior, there are weak spots in the floor and there are soft spots on some of the stringers in the engine compartment. There is a fuel odor in the engine compartment when tank is full, it is a steel tank and shows signs of attempted patching. The ONLY lights that do work are the dash lights, OIL and AMP indicators, and the dome light. The second trip out the outdrive developed a significant rumble(kind of concerning out on Tustumena Lake). It sounds like it is in the upper portion of the outdrive. I bought a SELOC Volvo service manual ( included with sale) to help with repairs and have not had time to work on it.
Thanks for looking!
