I bought this made in China copy of OEM to get from Arizona to Washington, it held up to about 90 pounds of cargo just fine. I added a metal bottom and a piece of metal that mounts it three inches back for rider comfort. (plate can be removed, but the holes will have to be patched. It is glossy black. I drilled out for Hogtunes rear speaker pods (which I have) and a Saddlemen rear passenger support. These china copiers are NOT exact fit for Harley OEM so drilling is required. No backrest, no keys no lock. You can find China or OEM quick release or rigid mount systems on eBay or Amazon for cheap. The pictures look better than it does in the real. It has swirls and scratches from daily use. But from 5 foot looks great!! Some of my holes are not the best, but larger washers covered those up. Speaker pod holes are easy to fill in if not required. The backrest that comes with these are really uncomfortable so I upgraded to a decent Saddlemen's backrest, which is not included. The only reason I am selling is that after a year of waiting I found an exact OEM tour pack that was in new shape, color matched and for a price way to low to be real.
