Flexiride 3500# half axles. P/N FR-3500 (Pair of axles). These are pretty cool! They are a better axle than the Dexter torsion axle. The torsion arm is splined so you can change the height and regulate the suspension qualities. Since they are half axles, they do not have a continuous axle that runs through the wheel (Better Clearance). Instead you mount a steel plate and then bolt them to the plate. We just finished this trailer for landing a helicopter on, it has a 21" deck height for that purpose and then we move the torsion arm on the splines to lower the deck height for float planes (13" hight). Anyway, I bought a pair from a supplier on east coast and thought i needed to select 2 on the website. I did not know that selecting 1 meant 1 pair. So I bought 2 pair unintentionally and paid the freight. They are here and available. Attached some pictures for clarity....
