This truck is in relatively good overall condition for its age and the engine and drive train have low mileage. Was used in Anchorage for local work and deliveries. Typical rust but very little physical damage and the Box Body is in very good shape. The truck has been sitting unused for several years and its current operational condition is unknown. The breaks were reported in a non-functional status. So, this vehicle is being sold “As is, where is and with all faults” as its condition for sale. This means the purchaser will recognize that the vehicle comes with no warranty, under any condition, expressed or implied and that the condition and operation is the responsibility of the purchaser. Also, the purchaser, at the time of a signed sales agreement assumes all risk to the operation and condition of the vehicle and the seller is not responsible for any unforeseen condition or circumstance. The purchaser needs to understand they will have to remove the vehicle from the seller’s property within an agreed amount of time or risk voiding the transaction.
