The Good:
350 5.7L V8
78K original Miles
Optional 4x4 for winter
New Brakes (built by Muffler City)
New Hancook Dynapro All Terrain Tires
Working power windows, radio, cigarette lighter and most importantly, heat.
The Bad:
1. Needs a rear window
(if you cannot find one in a junkyard or your buddies garage shop, figure $250 for the window + $100 for shipping).
2. A few weeks ago MIDAS quoted me over $1000 to fix the starter relay (I replaced it myself for $30). Now it needs something else and I know its an easy fix but I do not have the capacity to work on it right now.
This truck is fun to drive, easy to fix and runs like a champ. But! be prepared for a crash course in 1980s American economics when you see the MPG.
