I'll be leaving town here shortly and can only take one car with me, so the fun vehicle has to go. 1998 Tacoma, two owner truck. 227, xxx miles V6 engine still runs strong. Power locks, power windows. Leaks/burns a little bit of oil, but not enough where I need to top up between oil changes. Recently had an oil change and radiator flush. 4wd and the rear diff lock works well. That being said the truck does have dents and dings. The previous owner did use the truck as a truck, and the biggest issue is the rear bumper being tweaked so it catches on the tailgate a bit. The truck runs strong and I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere in Alaska. In fact thats what ive been doing all winter, exploring in this rig. Returns about 21-22mpg on the highway. Rear topper is technically fit for the standard cab Tacoma so there's a small gap between the topper and cab. Nothing a little lexan can't fix! Looking for 6500, but price is negotiable. Looking for a quick sale.
