This is a draw tube spotting scope not really popular in the USA but very compact and great for hiking hunting etc. This is made in West Germany and is a high quality scope. This is a fixed 30 power scope an advantage of this type of scope is that it can be used without a tripod, a disadvantage is they are not water proof and should be wiped down when closing.
