I have a small portable core drill with 2 additional bits one is an 8" bit and the other is a 12" bith. Drill runs and operates smoothly and the foam seal is in good condition as well. $700 obo. Also this is located in Fairbanks but I will bring it to the Anchorage area for gas money one way.
