Good condition, neck is straight with good action. Played a lot with hybrid bluegrass strings in open C tuning. Comes with hardcase, which has a little damage and wear. Permanent marker dots on fretboard for D minor scale, can't see them when playing so that idea didn't work. It'll wash off easy enough. In lower tunings this thing sounds like nothing I have ever played or heard. They usually go for around 400 with no case, if you can find one.
