This guitar is awesome, it has sweet acoustic tones and screaming electric leads. The Hybrid is the perfect stage and studio instrument because it instantly switches from full acoustic tone to electric tone. The Hybrid Special can also blend both tones together which sounds fantastic. This guitar features spalted maple wood on the face, iron wood knobs, a beautiful mahogany body and rosewood/abalone frets. It is drop dead gorgeous and has an amazing sound and a super comfortable action. I bought this guitar new in the hopes of learning but I never did and it has never been played (I have waxed it a few times). Was $950 new, I am throwing in the $150 Les Paul style hard case and the accessories (cable, small Fender amp, capo, guitar wax and wax rag).
