Micro-Fiber sofa The material is a micro fiber that has the look of leather, but is fabric treated to repel stains. It is only 3 years old, but we are going to move out of state soon. Our house is smoke free, no pets, or children, so it hasn’t had much wear, and is easy to wipe up any spots or spills. The size is: 87 in Long, 38 in in Width. The cushions can be removed for easy cleaning or switch/turn over to maintain fabric. It has been reduced because it is getting closer to moving. We are asking for $300.
