Brand New Couch. The reason for the lower price is because we bought this couch then shortly after I accepted a job down in the lower 48 and do not want to pay the ridiculous shipping charges for it. No wear and tear, no smoking, no pets. Full couch reclines in 2 halves. (We love this). Fabric, not leather.
