Standard size couch and oversize chair made by Bassett purchased from the JC Penney Furniture Store. It's very high quality and sturdy with spring steel under support. In excellent condition with a little wear on the wood near the handrests, but, not much. No stains, rips, tears, or wear visible on the fabric. It's a rarely used item that needs to go to another home. CASH ONLY, no warranties made or implied.
