I have a three piece Lazy boy living room set. It comes with the couch, love seat and ottoman all in tan microfiber. These sets do show some mild wear, but still have a ton if life left. Also, the large couch has a broken board along the top of the back of the couch, please see photo listed. If you placed this couch against a wall, or fixed it, the couch would be as good as new. I also didn't photograph the ottoman, but can if needed.
