This is a twin XL bed that reclines both the feet and the head separately. It is new. We got it for my husband but he only used it a few times before a hospital bed needed to come in. It comes with the mattress, base, remote and attachments. I have one as well and I love that I can recline my head and feet in bed. Please no calls after 8 pm as this is my home number.
