Rustic forged flatware bought from blacksmith in Santa Fe, NM. Setting for 8, serving utensils included. Made of 18/10 stainless steel. Extremely sturdy and in excellent condition. Used only for special occasions and always hand washed.
Flatware set includes:
8 butter knives
8 salad forks
8 dinner spoons
8 dessert spoons
4 dinner forks (blacksmith suggested 4 due to large size, most people use salad fork only)
2 slotted serving spoons
2 serving spoons
2 serving forks
1 butter knife
1 jam spoon
1 ladle
Of the 9 serving utensils, 5 of them were purchased from an ironworks store in Santa Fe. They were bought to add to the collection and are slightly different but I have found this adds to the character of the set. The slight difference in the pattern can be seen in the photos.
Flatware is stored in a Vintage Solid Oak Pacific Silvercloth flatware chest. The chest measures: 17.75 x 11.5 x 7.75 and has one drawer. There are no rips or tears in the silvercloth.
