Tribal Whale Belt Buckle. Possibly Haida, Salish or Tlingit. Rare tribal belt buckle by Scott Nelles. North West coastal design. Dates back to the 70's and kept as new. Solid brass. Will fit a 1 1/2 inch wide belt. Also looking for a caribou and a whale buckle made by C. Alan Johnson
