Brand new but opened no scratches at all. The accessories dock and everything (cables, joycons) included with it, still has the box too. I only used it for a week before I got an Xbox. It’s basically brand new condition and basically $40 off if you don’t mind an open box. I will also throw in $25 case for the switch.
