Manually operated retractable SunSetter Model 1000 XT Awning. It has kept our deck completely dry during any amount of rainfall. Approximately 16 feet wide and extends out about 10 feet. Located in Sterling. Will likely remove it from the cabin around June 20. If you want to see it while it is still attached and operate it, let us know. We plan to take it down that weekend although it will still be available if it does not sell before that.
