Located in Fairbanks. Looking for help. I am needing someone to take in my guinea pig. Male, about 3 years of age. His name is Winston. He is very sweet, but also very shy. He has never bitten me other than a nibble the first time I clipped his nails, which he really doesnt like. Lol. I found it's easiest for him to be held and someone to feed him fresh veggies to distract him. I have recently run into some medical issues and will not be able to care for him as I once could. He has his cage, his food, hay, toys, water bottle, brush, nail clippers, hide, hay pouch, multiple fleece blankets/liners for his cage, litter boxes, and pad liners for them. He will also come with his pet carrier. His last vet visit was a few months ago at Golden Heart veterinarian clinic. It is a very difficult choice for me to make, so I will only rehome him to someone who has experience in raising guinea pigs. Therefore, I know he will be cared for. He lives alone on his own accord as he prefers not to have friends, due to becoming aggressive with them, which is how he came to live with me, but he is still very happy and popcorns in his cage when he gets his veggies and hay. There is a rehoming fee of 150$ Thank you to anyone willing to love my boy as I have.
