I have a pair of Parakeets, (a blue male and a green female) they are approximately 2-3 yrs old. They do not talk; however, if you have the time to teach them, they will learn, they're very intelligent. They can lay eggs if they have the proper nesting area (anything soft). They love to fly freely throughout the house all day, infact they'd rather not be in the cage at all. The cage, everything in the cage, birds, toys, food, books, and other items are all being sold together.
