This is a beautiful cover with lights and lock. We have been stopped several times and asked "Where'd you get it?" It retails for $1200 + when new. It fits any 1997-2003 Ford F150 with an extra short bed. The bed size would be around 5.5' length on the interior. Our truck measured 6' and it was perfect on it. You will not be disappointed.
