1996 Mercury Villager Clean Title Permanent Registration Mechanics Special We have replaced the fuel pressure regulator , cap and rotor, and inline fuel filter. Appears to be a firing issue between the inline fuel filter and motor, this what the limited trouble shooting we have had the time and money has lead us to believe. No longer have the extra time or Money to deal with it. Needs to be gone ASAP. $500 OBO
