Selling our T&C and moving on to a SUV. I’m the second owner, and purchased the van with about 100 K miles. This one has about 154 K. It is garaged and has been taken care of. This is the deluxe T&C model with the leather interior. Other features are AM /FM / Cassette / CD stereo. Dual sliding doors, third row bench seat, brand new windshield, recent radiator replacement, good Michelin radial tires. Additional set of Michelin studded snow tires on the same honeycomb gold wheels. Front seat covers from House of Leather. Front struts were replaced at 125 K, rear leaf springs, fuel pump and gas filters at about 140 K. (Fuel tank removal to accomplish) original owner replaced or rebuilt the transmission around 90K miles. This has a Limousine mod completed by the original owner at purchase. It’s basically a raised roof with a tv, VHS, and an AM / FM / cassette and maybe a CD for the rear passengers. There are stereo jacks so they can listen independently from the front passengers. There are two issues with T&C vans. 1) they quit going down the road, AND 2) they start, run for 2 seconds and quit. This had both problems, and both have been expensively resolved. Fuel pump, gas filters, Mass Airflow sensor, cam position sensor, body control module, engine control module, ect. Both problems are caused by a single electrical issue totally misdiagnosed by Lithia Chrysler. I took it to Anchorage Dodge and the fixed it in no time. They also got all the recall items current. This van gets almost 20 MPG on the highway 15 plus in town. The only 2 things not working are 1) air conditioning. 2) right side rear wing window doesn’t open or close. It has some carpet stains that I can not get out. The only other item is Lithia did not reprogram the ECM and the odometer shows an extra 100 K on the odometer. I have a statement from them to that effect. This is a turn key van that should last a long time with all that’s been done to it. Les nine 07- 301- 93three 8
