Contrary to the Department of Homeland Security's assertion that called the 2020 Election "the most secure election in American history," according to a new Heartland Institute study entitled "Who really won the 2020 election? Measuring the effect of mail-in ballot fraud in the Trump-Biden race for the White House," as many as 28% of the mail-in ballots cast during the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election violated election laws that were in effect at that time, and that Trump 'Almost Certainly' won the election.
