I am planning a building requiring a monolithic concrete slab. The slab would be 42ft x 35ft and 4in thick. The footings on all four sides are 24in wide and 16in deep. 2in foam board insulation is required under the slab and poly under the entire slab and footings. There shall be a slope of 2ft on the long side of the slab (included in the 35ft) to allow water to drain away from the building. This is a project still in the planning stage.
