Purchased new about 6 months ago with the intent to rebarrel it to a hotter cartridge. I started upgrading parts and then realized a barrel swap won’t be so easy with all the proprietary parts on here. I need to cut my losses and move on. Never fired. Upgraded grip, takedown pins, trigger guard, charging handle, mag and bolt release. They don’t make these anymore.
The small-frame, autoloading Ruger® SFAR™ Semi-Auto Rifle is a modern sporting rifle built for performance. This model offers an optional full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics. The included Ruger 2-port Boomer muzzle brake can be replaced with other accessories that fit 5/8"-24 muzzle threads. The Ruger Elite 452® trigger has a 4.5-lb., 2-stage pull. Use the sockets for quick-detach sling swivels to upgrade your Ruger rifle for on-the-go mobility. This rifle comes with an on-board 3/16" ball-end wrench and a Magpul PMAG magazine.
