I have a used colt upper in pistol length. Can be pinned and welded to make it legal 16". 14.5" barrel, extended latch CH, chrome lined, nice MI tactical rail, 1/7 twist, 5.56. Has wear marks on it but functions perfect. BCG has C markings and upper receiver stamped M4 behind the rail. No C on the upper receiver. Asking $400. Would trade for Glock 9mm or cash.
