This is a rare, excellent condition, Over/Under Beretta 686 Special 12 gauge with 28" barrels I purchased in 1984. A used one in 80% condition is rated at over $1,500. There is some slight discoloring below the barrels on the block where it attaches inside the rear piece. Should be able to buff out easily. The 686 Special was the predecessor to the 686 Silver Pigeon and is regarded by many shooters as the better of the two. Call/text Greg @ 208-614-87ThreeTwo.
