My Cozy Gem is located in a 4-plex near the northwest end of Cheney Lake. Gas, groceries and shopping are within a 5 minute drive. The lake provides year round recreation including fishing, boating, walking/biking trail, playground. The area has a mixture of single family and multi-family dwellings. Cheney Lake directly across the road with a walking trail around it Cheney Lake is maintained for ice skating in the winter Cheney Lake is stocked with fish for fishing in the summer Multiple parks in close walking distance All utilities covered except electric and WiFi. No smoking, pets allowed upon approval. The unit is fully furnished but can be emptied if that is preferable. Rent is $2000 with a one year lease, $2250 with a six month lease, and $2500 for a month to month lease. The driveway is a twelve car driveway, six spaces that can fit two cars each, one in front of the other. You will have two dedicated parking spots and four shared guest parking spots.
