12 Alaskan Malamute puppies born June 5th will be available for their forever homes Aug 1st.
4 males
8 females
They will be dewormed, vaccinated and socialized with other adult dogs during their time here.
Mom is around 70-75 lbs and dad is around 80lbs.
Both parents are working sled dogs with a good work ethic and strong build.
Looking for a home that will provide outdoor activities and that is an active, social home for the puppies. Kids are great for Malamutes, as they are highly social dogs. Other dogs around is also preferred, but definitely think twice about having same gender dogs together as they grow up to be teens and more dominance can begin to show. This depends entirely on you as the owner, the dogs you already have and the dynamics.
People who aren't permanently stationed / residents of Alaska, or have means to stay, will not be considered due to the fact that these dogs don't adapt well to places where summers are extremely hot and humid.
Delivery is possible to Anchorage and Kenai first week of August. We are located in Healy, and if you decide to come look at a puppy - I will introduce you to the blood line so you can see the dogs I keep and have an idea of what you might be in for.
