Castner
Castner is a puppy from our Axel / Sierra litter and is currently 6 years old. Axel was a West German working line and Sierra was an offspring of our Summit (Czech import) / Tika West German working line litter. He is current on vaccines and has been neutered.
Castner has done a couple meet and greets with potential families. After meeting and discussions with these families it was decided that it wasn’t a good fit for them. Castner would do best as a single dog household. He has displayed a ton of toy drive for his frisbees. This would require separate play times with a high value toy (sharing toys didn’t go well for Castner).
He does know basic obedience and does have interest in other dogs but doesn’t know how to interact and wants to show dominance. These traits are what you want in a German shepherd but do make it tricky with another dog in the house. He has been exposed to a lot of different age children and has been sweet but energetic.
Castner is currently being transitioned to a RAW diet. He has displayed food allergy symptoms with his previous food. His previous family had to return him due to ongoing medical issues.
