This is a 1991 or other early 90s year (I have to look again) Lance Squire 4000 9’6” Camper (brochure: https://www.lancecamper.com/docs/Lance_1996_brochure.pdf). It spent its life in covered storage by a couple in California. I built it out to live off grid as needed and it has worked very well for that purpose down to about -20 degrees. It is the winter version so has a bit more insulation than normal. I have all the original paperwork.
The propane heater was replaced about 2 years ago and is still basically new. for winter use, it wouldn’t hurt to install a Chinese diesel heater as supplement, but in most temps it’s fine. I made foam board to cover all the windows in the winter.
The wooden stickers it’s resting on are not for sale.
