1966 Cessna 182J Skylane. Always hangared. 5,014 TT. 1,063 SMOH, 1,040 SPOH. Never been off airport. Horton STOL kit, extended range 84 gallon fuel tanks, Autogas STC, extended baggage, 4-point harnesses in the front, 4 way intercom, autopilot. King color GPS, radios and transponder. KMD150 GPS, KY197A Comm, KX155 Nav/Com, KT76C transponder. Panel was completely rewired by a very meticulous avionics shop. During the last annual a few cracks were found in the tunnel area behind the nose gear mount. It’s a very common 182 fatigue area but it will need to be repaired and takes a bit of work.
