1952 170B, likely one of the cleanest 170’s in Alaska. It has every mod you would want minus the big motor. However, this airplane single pilot with the flat prop performs as well as the 360 for short performance. I have regularly taken this airplane in and out of places that are considered pretty short. O300 port and polish 380SMOH, freshly overhauled mags, McCauley 80/42, New spinner and backing plate, Dynamically balanced. 6 cylinder fuel primer, New acorn mufflers, Tanis preheat, Engine cover, CHT/EGT Oil temp Oil pressure gauges, Plane power alternator, Ammeter and Volt meter, Cabin heat and defrost, 180 gear legs, P ponk beef up kit, New 31” ABW, new bearings, Wheel covers, T3 tail wheel, baby bush wheel, wide fork, new steer chains, new rudder horn. Rare to have a 170 with a baggage door, extended baggage, baggage tie down rings, rear sling seat, rear headset jacks, Sportsman leading edge, wing tips, LED lighting, new LED beacon. Single piece front window, x brace, Bubble side windows, BAS pull handles, Dual G5’s, Garmin transponder, icom radio, Digital RPM and Hobbs, USB ports, panel mount iPad, Shoulder harness’s, Winter baffles, Wing covers, Tail covers.
