Kit more than 50% complete. Outback 5 model with all model 7 upgrades including the new STOL STi wing kit. Only difference between this kit and new model S7 STi is a couple inches in the fuselage. It is a little shorter. Otherwise it is the same. Kit is registered with N-number. Rotax 912ULS is included. All parts big and small required to complete, but avionics. Fuselage is almost ready for cover. Engine is mounted, cowel is mounted. 100s of hours already documented and reviewed by A&P. Selling for just for a loss.
Considering a brand new kit, this is close to $30k savings. Not to mention you walk home with it today, rather than waiting for 4-6 months to receive your kit or kit parts. If you looking at kits, then you know. Reason for selling is just don't have the time and would like to see it go to someone that can finish the job. It will be one hell of an aircraft when completed.
The new STi wings are sweet with stall speeds in the high 20 mph range. Price is negotiable. $54,900. I just don't have time to finish this project and need room back in my shop.
