Looking for a large sailboat. I want to buy a well-outfitted, stable, blue ocean cruiser, preferably with a pilothouse. Size matters. So, I'm not really interested in anything smaller than a 35' LOA. Would prefer something right around 40' - 46' in length. Not interested in fixer-uppers. Will consider both custom and manufactured models.
