title is on hand bought three summers ago, lived in it one summer, cleaned and sealed and stored in shelter since it came with a small hole in the ceiling near the front door, the hole can be repaired, or you can build an entire shelter around it instead, like its two previous owners including us lol smh it sleeps up to 8, if you get along lots of storage space though convertible furniture, full working bathroom and kitchen, minimal wear and tear considering it was born when i was, 1995 i think previous owners used it for vacationing then had it stored for several years in their garage, which is allegedly when the hole formed and they didn't know you'll need a truck and driving skills to get it off our property but the roads are gravel i've lived in a lot of campers. this one served me well living in it full time for about five months, it was easy to keep organized and tidy. there was lots of room for my unnecessarily large pillow collection
