I am currently living in Kodiak, and now have a smaller camper that better suits Kodiak so selling this one. It's a 2021 Grand Design 378 MBS which is a true two bedroom camper. If you know RV's, then you already know that Grand Design are top of the line, come very well equipped, and built better than most every other RV brand there is. I don't have any interior pictures, but everything is in great shape and you can check out pics online to get a fill for what the inside looks like as all 378 MBS campers are the same-lots of pics and all the specs are online. It does have the upgraded king size bed and an aftermarket mattress. In great shape and the only thing I have had to do is replace the water pump (replaced with an upgraded pump) and will replace the deep cycle batteries so they are ready for the new owner. Turnkey with everything except you personal gear and kitchen supplies. Some of the things that will come with it: -Blocks for the automatic leveling -Stabilizing tripod -Curth 5th wheel hitch -Power cords with adapters for different campgrounds -Generator to run when not at a campgrounds -Drinking Water Hose -Various tools and supplies for setting up and maintaining -Surer there are lots of other things I am missing I will be available to meet up/show the camper May 18th-19th. I am firm at $55k-I believe this is a great deal and only selling this cheap is I am hoping someone will be flexible with my schedule and get a great deal. If it doesn't sell, I will just keep it and relocate it to where I can use it. I own the camper outright and have title in hand. Camper is currently located in Palmer
