These are golden state arms out of California commercial mauser 98 actions made in the early 60's a very nice set up with an excellent condition Japanese scope of 6 power magnification, still has the original sticker on the scope as seen in the picture, properly mounted great eye relief, clear and bright with a duplex reticle. Currently the rifle is sighted in and shoots very well, I consistently get 1 inch 3 shot groups at 100 yards using basic federal and Remington ammunition. Bore is excellent, a very trim mountain style rifle with a 22 inch barrel, very handy, and unique with the 21" barrel as most had either 22 or 24 inch barrels. Very nice bluing no rust. Excellent commercial single stage trigger with side safety. The rifle feeds, ejects and functions perfectly. Has not been fired much in it's life. Controlled round feed of course. I really HATE to sell it but I already have a 243 and a 30-'06 so, better let someone else enjoy this one. I have a few more pictures on my phone I could text you if needed
